1. Add/Replace the following files:

    *. isotope.min.js
    *. main.js

2. Include isotope.min.js on your html file. (Screenshot: http://prntscr.com/e4bf0q)

3. Open the .html file. (For example: vps-hosting-1.html)
4. Find the comment Features Area Start
5. Remove the class row-eq-height
6. Then add an class AdjustRow (Screenshot: http://prntscr.com/e4bean)

However, we guess the issue you have faced that is your hosting server issue. This is because, we have double checked the new PHPMailer that we have provided with our template and there we don’t get any problem.

In this issue, you could contact with your hosting provider or you could change your contact menu link to WHMCS contact page link.

Please Note: PHPMailer is a 3rd party script. If your hosting server is not supporting this anyway, then there is nothing to do.

We were confused, because you wrote have looked through the header.tpl and css files. Basically, the header.tpl file is a WHMCS template file not a WordPress theme file. So, it’s normal that you will not find the CSS there for the WordPress theme.

If you are using WordPress theme then you need to write custom CSS to move my company logo from the top left of the nav bar to the right a little more.

In this issue, you could use below CSS in Dashboard > Appearance > Editor Moreover, you could adjust to increase or decrease the px

.header--navbar .navbar-header .header--logo{
    margin-left: 10px;
}

If you will make some customization in the style, then you just no need to update/replace the updated files directly when we will provide an update of the style.

This is because, if you will update the style to replace new files, then all of your customization will go.

In this issue, you could backup your customized style files before replacing the updated files. After then, you need to update the style to follow our changelog that we will provide when we will update the style.

By the way, we have used a 3rd party plugin for slider background video and the plugin’s don’t have any option for the video repeat constantly.

However, we have tried to work the plugin’s video repeat option, but we failed to work the video repeat option. This is because, the plugin doesn’t have any option like that.
