    This is not our plugin issue. It’s all about your created API issue. Somewhere your API is still not available for production. Maybe it’s set for a test purpose. That’s why you are available to access when you are logged in.

    Please provide a full-page screenshot, not only the visible part of the screen.

    None of our CVIT theme components is any page builder compatible. This theme was built with its own content customization system.

    You can use the page builder to create new pages. It will not work to edit existing pages/content.

    The issue was caused by the EnterAddons plugin. We deactivated the plugin to fix the issue.

    Please Note: The EnterAddons plugin is not a required plugin for BizWalls. So, you don’t need to use the EnterAddons plugin as its conflicts with the theme.

    Hello,

    We are providing a custom child theme of WHMCS twenty-one theme. Here just has the header.tpl and footer.tpl files and everything is working from WHMCS twenty-one theme. You can check out our provided files.

    We mean to say there is no relation between our child theme to the payment method because the payment method works with WHMCS twenty-one theme.

    If you need to update your system please do it to check the issue. or try to use the WHMCS twenty-one theme directly to check the issue.
