I thought I had, this is the first wp theme I brought, and got it from themeforest.net and went for the install service I was then contacted by The Envato Studio Team, it was only after it did not work, and I started to look for support I was then directed to this site.

OK, thank you, so it was not something I was doing wrong, at least that makes me fell a little better, even though I paid someone else to install it as well thinking it was me being a numpty!

OK, I have started again (think its on number 5) and I have now followed your video, this is the same as I have done on all other occasions, the only difference is deselecting the two plugin options, and again I have the same problem, with the VOIP rates menu showing Invalid.

This was brought and downloaded from themeforest.net is it possible they are holding an old version?

The only thing I did not do was set up colour, as your instructions made no mention of this.

Yes I did, first time I did it after the inport, but as per your instructions I when into settings and selected all the tick boxes “BEFORE” I did the import as per your screen shot.

Hi,
Followed your instructions to the letter, removed WP completely and started again, same problem exists, I even got the php up to 7.3 and tried again removing WP and re-installing it, again same problem and same error message, its like the menu item/page is not included in the demo data.

If it helps diagnose this issue, I have been having a play myself and tried to re-import demo data. Now under menus I see voip rate calculator, but next to it, it says (Invalid) If I click on the Original link it opens a page with “Trashed” appended to it (https://voip-phonesystems.com/voip-rates__trashed/)

I hope that helps with the diagnostics.

Hust as a side note, the voip rates calculator was one of the selling points about this theme.
