    You got the reply from our info team, not from us. We have no access to reply to an email.

    If you had followed our instructions and provided this support topic link as a reference on your first message then our info team would have passed that information on to us earlier. They ask you for the support topic link as a reference for having passed that information to us. Because each day we asked some of our clients for their website credentials if we need to check their website. Hence, they get a minimum amount of similar messages.

    Moreover, your provided credentials do not work. We were unable to login into your website wp-admin. Please send the correct credentials by following our instructions review the issue to assist.

    At this point I would like a refund for this theme+Support. Each time I try the suggested fix, it crashes everything else. I will just use a theme from a different developer that doesn’t need all these fixes that may or may not work.

    I talked to my host and increased the wordpress memory as suggested. The import still doesnt work. I want this theme to work but it will still not import!!!!

    Dear Jason,

    We have reset your license. Now you will be able to reuse it.

    Moreover, there is an option to activate the plugin on a new domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory, you need to deactivate the purchase code/license from the existing domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory where it is installed now.

    Furthermore, please post your own topic with details with some screenshots of your issues including your website URL in the exact/right/correct forum that item you have bought. Please create your own topic instead of posting a reply to someone else created posts. Because the post creator can feel bothered by getting unexpected notifications of every reply of his/her created post.
