No support and don’t answer refund request

I bought the Bizwalls with high expectations, but I end up really disappointed, the support is almost nonexistent, and they don’t answer the requests.

The theme didn’t function well also not responsive and easy to customize on my WordPress website and I request a refund, but they just ignore my messages.
