Ok and is there a setting to hide products from the store in the kitchen manager or so?
Sometimes things are/run out of stock and the chef/restaurant owner needs to be able to hide products temporarily from the user end/shop.

How can this be done?

Is there no option to change the font in woocommerce mail template or do you use your own? It is so small.

And what is the easiest way to make the font bigger on the invoices, they use a thermal printer but its hard to read the text since it is so small.

is there an option to AUTOMATICALLY print invoices when an order is paid?
They always need an invoice on the thermal printer for the kitchen/delivery boy but now they have to click this for each order every time.

Ok so what does this mean? we can not use FoodBook the way it should until the update is ready?

We allready gave those credentials through Envato 4 times.. We have send them again just now.

Please stop giving the same replies and start being helpful!!
Its unbelievable how long this is taking..
If take the time and effort to login you can literally see that we use global attributes and NOT custom attributes!
Also if you log in you can see that we have been able to place (test) orders with some of these products and now every combination of attributes in these combinations gives the same error..

So PLEASE be helpful! You’re selling a product/service not just making free money..

We have used variable products as always when we set up a woocommerce store but it does not work within FoodBook, see: http://cafetariaderooy.nl/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Schermopname-334.png for FoodBook (displays wrong price and can not be added to cart).

For normal Woocommerce item, it displays the correct price and can be added to cart.

So what are we doing wrong then? I am not saying it is a FoodBook issues but since it works on the normal Woocommerce store and we cant find anything in the product(s) we dont know what to do anymore..

I can have provided login through Envato contact form, pleas help us out!

Hi there,

Sadly we have some issues with several products when they have more then 1 option we get the notice that the value(s) are wrong when we try to order them.

See for example “raspatat” and “verse friet” in category “friet” under https://cafetariaderooy.nl/bestellen/

We have set products as “variable products” and added variations, is this correct?
This normally works but maybe we now have to use “add features”?

2nd question:

When you/we log in as any of the Foodbook roles (kitchen manager, manager, delivery boy) we can not switch of the shop/add to cart button?

We need to be logged in as Admin role correct?

Ok so how can a shop/vendor get there income results? Every shop needs this for there accountancy and taxes.

Ok, so no option to hide this when logged in as a manager/kitchen manager? it requires normal WordPress admin login correct?

Is there a way/option to view all revenue from one week/month? So a total of all orders and income.

And is there a way to turn/switch off the shop/order system? For example when the owners go on holiday.

It is not important if you did not get any objectives about this or not.. Different people have different questions/requests.

Please answer the previous question:
Is this your own invoice template or do you use Woocommerce and where can we find this template?

So we can make adjustments if needed.

We want to know WHERE the Foodbook titles on the invoice (“Item Name”, “Extra Item” etc.) come from since they are very small and hard to read, and would like to make sure products are sorted by category on the receipt.
