    Ok so will it be possible to select a time when the restaurant is still closed in a future update?

    We are sorry to say that it will not possible.

    As we mentioned before, based on our system we count today’s order as of today’s regular order and pre-order count from the next days’ orders.

    Hi there!

    Ok so everything else is set now.
    1 more question:
    How can we change te layout of the invoice(s) on/for the thermal printer?
    It looks like it divides the order still into pages, which not only breaks the ordered products overview it also puts 15-20 centimeters of unprinted receipt at the end of each order so a lot of paper is wasted.

    What can we do to fix this?

    Please check out the screenshot http://prntscr.com/1oega8h to get the settings for the thermal printer.

    Moreover, there will be nothing happen to like your thought. Please try to print the invoice with a thermal printer to see the result.

    Hi there,

    We have allready set it to thermal printer.
    And it is nothing i thought… it is literally what happens when we print.

    It seems we have adjust the invoice template to make it fit more properly.

    Is this your own invoice template or do you use Woocommerce and where can we find this template?

    Dear Nick,

    There is nothing about templates. Maybe you didn’t set the paper size properly for your thermal printer. Please set up your printer properly and adjust the paper size based on your thermal printer to print perfectly.

    Come on please be helpful… your support is just saying it is not happening or not true..
    If you would accept people sending images in there support tickets you could really see it is happening.
    Reciepts from other systems are printed correctly.

    Please provide a screenshot of the print preview with all options you set to print and a printed invoice to review the issue to assist.

    You can send links of the images by uploading them to your server.

    Moreover, still, we didn’t get any objection about printing. You can check this forum, you will not get any related issues.

    It is not important if you did not get any objectives about this or not.. Different people have different questions/requests.

    Please answer the previous question:
    Is this your own invoice template or do you use Woocommerce and where can we find this template?

    So we can make adjustments if needed.

    We want to know WHERE the Foodbook titles on the invoice (“Item Name”, “Extra Item” etc.) come from since they are very small and hard to read, and would like to make sure products are sorted by category on the receipt.

    Is there a way/option to view all revenue from one week/month? So a total of all orders and income.

    And is there a way to turn/switch off the shop/order system? For example when the owners go on holiday.

    We are sorry to say that there is no pre-built way/option to view all revenue from one week/month.

    Moreover, there has an option https://prnt.sc/1qa3i4x to hide the “Add To Cart” button to stop getting orders.

    Ok so how can a shop/vendor get there income results? Every shop needs this for there accountancy and taxes.

    Ok, so no option to hide this when logged in as a manager/kitchen manager? it requires normal WordPress admin login correct?

    2nd question:

    When you/we log in as any of the Foodbook roles (kitchen manager, manager, delivery boy) we can not switch of the shop/add to cart button?

    We need to be logged in as Admin role correct?
