If you would accept people sending images in there support tickets you could really see it is happening.
Reciepts from other systems are printed correctly.

We have allready set it to thermal printer.
And it is nothing i thought… it is literally what happens when we print.
It seems we have adjust the invoice template to make it fit more properly.
Is this your own invoice template or do you use Woocommerce and where can we find this template?

1 more question:
How can we change te layout of the invoice(s) on/for the thermal printer?
It looks like it divides the order still into pages, which not only breaks the ordered products overview it also puts 15-20 centimeters of unprinted receipt at the end of each order so a lot of paper is wasted.
What can we do to fix this?

Ok so how is the following possible then:
1. i can select today from preordering (which we do not want)?
2. i can not select any time on today delivery (which is the most important of all… 95% of people that want to preorder food do this on the same day so they only want to select a time).
Customization is fine by me but it makes no sense that you can not select a time?
Even when i read the item description on CodeCanyon this seems possible.

Ok so i have figured this part out.
The conflict is with the (offical) Mollie payments plugin.
When this is switched off the checkout page does display properly.
We have to find a way to make this work since 90% of the online businesses uses Mollie as their payment service provided. But this for later this week.
Another thing that we cant seem to get working:
when we set “preorder” active as well as “off current date order” we can only preorder on other days then today, which seems weird.
when we then select “schedule” instead of “today” on the checkout page we can select the days and timeslots BUT not for the current day, so we can preorder for today but not choose a timeslot.
when we set them both off we cant order (since it is not open yet) which makes sense.
when we set “preorder” active we cant preorder or at least not with a timeslot? (we get no timeslots to choose from).
Please help us out.
The most important one is: order and preorder for the same day AND being able to choose a timeslot for both ordering AND perordering.

The only new plugin/variable is foodbook..

Ok so we have restored it to yesterday using a back-up of both site files as well as MySQL.
Everything works (with exception of the mentioned “place order” button on checkout).
BUT as soon as we change to delivery/kitchen/admin page in foodbook page settings the critical error on the checkout page occurs again.. so how can this not be within the plugin?

Still we have bought over 60-70 licenses from others through Envato and they are all willing to help instead of not answering anything that may cost time and just keep on telling customers thats its not up to them even though their software is (at least partially) causing the issue(s)..
And about the translations: we installed Polylang which gives strings for other plugins but we do not see any for Foodbook.
So to be clear: you are NOT willing to help us solve the error that happened AFTER the foodbook pages we’re set to different pages?

Sorry to say but i never had this issue before and it only happens when your plugin is active and only takes place when i follow the steps through your ordering system.
Hence if this is the way themelooks does business this is the first and last time we ever bought something.
And lets not forget that our question about willing to help translate is not even answered..
or the fact that the plugin is called “translation ready” and then needs another plugin to translate it?
It is like saying my house is swimming pool ready but i still do have to fabricate the swimming pool, the cleaning system and fill it myself..
So please start being helpful.
And for the second part: the order button issue cant be seen now since that is the page it now gives the critical error.
I have added some pictures to several products and changed the page settings (branch manager page, kitchen manager, delivery and admin)…
that is litarally all i did and now checking out is not an option at all anymore!
You get the grey screen that reads “a critical error has occured on your wordpress website”
So please help us out because this should not happen.
