    Moreover, we didn’t find anything on your provided link.

    Also, let us know your WordPress version and your hosting server PHP verion to understand the issue.

    We have reviewed your website and understood somehow it conflicts with any 3rd party plugins or something similar or there has something wrong with your existing WordPress installation.

    In this case, you could try to install a new WordPress and install FoodBook to check the issue. It will make you understand that our plugin has no issue. Also, please check out the issue by changing the theme that you are using at the moment and deactivate 3rd party plugins to check which plugin conflicts with FoodBook.

    Hi there,

    Sorry to say but that part i get.
    But we always work with this theme and the same is true for the plugins.
    The only new plugin/variable is foodbook..

    But i guess i have to start over.

    We have more than 365 customers of FoodBook and no one has this type of issue like yours. You can check this FoodBook forum https://www.themelooks.com/support/forums/forum/foodbook/ you will not get any topic related to your issue. Also, we have double-checked our plugin and didn’t get any issues like this on our end.

    Ok so i have figured this part out.
    The conflict is with the (offical) Mollie payments plugin.
    When this is switched off the checkout page does display properly.
    We have to find a way to make this work since 90% of the online businesses uses Mollie as their payment service provided. But this for later this week.

    Another thing that we cant seem to get working:
    when we set “preorder” active as well as “off current date order” we can only preorder on other days then today, which seems weird.
    when we then select “schedule” instead of “today” on the checkout page we can select the days and timeslots BUT not for the current day, so we can preorder for today but not choose a timeslot.
    when we set them both off we cant order (since it is not open yet) which makes sense.
    when we set “preorder” active we cant preorder or at least not with a timeslot? (we get no timeslots to choose from).

    Please help us out.
    The most important one is: order and preorder for the same day AND being able to choose a timeslot for both ordering AND perordering.

    Moreover, based on our system we count today’s order as of today’s regular order and preorder count from the next days’ orders. There is no way to count today’s order as a preorder. Hence, there is no option to preorder today’s order.

    Ok so how is the following possible then:
    1. i can select today from preordering (which we do not want)?
    2. i can not select any time on today delivery (which is the most important of all… 95% of people that want to preorder food do this on the same day so they only want to select a time).

    Customization is fine by me but it makes no sense that you can not select a time?
    Even when i read the item description on CodeCanyon this seems possible.

    Dear Nick,

    1. We have listed this to remove today from preordering in our future update of the plugin.
    2. For today’s delivery, a customer has only the option to select a time when the restaurant is open. That means after the restaurant is open a customer will be able to select a time for today’s delivery.

    Moreover, we didn’t mention anywhere in our item description that this seems possible.
