So following other tests we noticed that if we add in the address box for example:
18 le clos saint antoine 26400, Crest
On the mobile version the route works well
on the other hand if the customer in the address box simply puts: 18 le clos saint antoine. it doesn’t work
so i think it is possible to solve this problem which may help any foodbook user.
Indeed the problem is related to 4g + mobile data … We found no solution on google and I think that an additional API should be added to take the positioning by mobile data by being more precise can be (because our delivery person will not always be able to be connected to wifi ^^”)
If you have a suggestion to solve this problem it would be tip top 🙂

Test by yourself between computer and mobile look at the commands, one sends me to lyon on mobile the other sends me to Crest correctly on computer
While the address and well 26400 Crest in the billing. (Not Lyon…)
Yes, we saw that when we linked map api is foodbook.
The problem is that on a computer the trip is good on mobile no, it would be necessary to connect the API of Android SDK or others in addition?

Okay, but there is no way to add a checker with google in the woocommerce form to check if the customer’s delivery address is indeed within a radius of 15km from the restaurant, for example?
thank you in advance,
