Ugh…this seems to happen each time my host adjusts settings to try and fix this theme. At this point I’m just tired of trying to get this to work. I have raised a refund request but you haven’t responded. I’ll just have to now raise it to Envato for a decision.
I am not comfortable with providing this information as my CPanel controls multiple sites. I can share something else which I hope will give you the info you need….I have sent it to you.
I talked to my host and increased the wordpress memory as suggested. The import still doesnt work. I want this theme to work but it will still not import!!!!
At this point I would like a refund for this theme+Support. Each time I try the suggested fix, it crashes everything else. I will just use a theme from a different developer that doesn’t need all these fixes that may or may not work.
Other themes do have demo data with tons of images and it imported just fine. I wish I knew this theme was different and harder to install, I wouldn’t have purchased it. How do I get a refund for this?
