Based on the ForumUS UI the mChat will work that way as it works now. It will not work like Prosilver. Moreover, we have double checked everything and we didn’t find any other issue with mChat.

Yes, you could use the Envato Market Plugin or you could follow the steps below.
1. Go to Appearance -> Themes
2. Active another theme & delete the bluishost theme
3. Click Add New -> Upload Theme
4. Upload, install & activate the latest version of bluishost theme

There is the only option to edit & update your own information like country, rate, etc. from wp-admin (check out this screenshot https://prnt.sc/qz8sl1 ) by double-clicking on the country & rate to edit & update your own country & rate.
