Hi Teodor,

Based on the ForumUS UI the mChat will work that way as it works now. It will not work like Prosilver. Moreover, we have double checked everything and we didn’t find any other issue with mChat.

Please follow the steps below.

1. Please make sure you have the latest version of WordPress and update your hosting server PHP version to minimum 7.1 or newer. ***recommended***
2. Clean your full database “OR” reinstall a new WordPress with a new database
3. Then install the theme (follow the steps from the provided documentation)
4. Then install all of the required plugins (follow the steps from the provided documentation)
5. Then active all of the installed plugins (follow the steps from the provided documentation)
6. Then import all of the demo data (wait until all of the demo data are imported completely)

Hi Çağlar,

1. We told about the anchor id, not the shortcode id. As we mentioned, “the id will be the same for the same section”.
2. There is no option to show/hide one category. It will show all of the categories that you selected for a portfolio.

We are sorry to say that it’s not possible. Because every section has a unique id and the id will be the same for the same section even you are using it twice.

Of course, you could create a new section by writing codes if you are a programming person. Moreover, you could add and shows youtube videos in the portfolio section like this website made with CVIT.
