1. Clean your full database “OR” reinstall a new WordPress with a new database
2. Then install the latest version of the theme (follow the steps from the provided documentation)
3. Then install all of the required plugins (follow the steps from the provided documentation)
4. Then active all of the installed plugins (follow the steps from the provided documentation)
5. Then import all of the demo data (wait until all of the demo data are imported completely)

Mainly, our item is a WordPress Theme and we have just provided WHMCS template for FREE of cost with our WordPress Theme by customizing WHMCS default six template’s header, footer, and color based on our Theme.

In this case, you need to use both WordPress Theme and WHMCS templates separately. WordPress Theme to show/represent your products/services and WHMCS template for billing like as our demo.

WHMCS Template included in the “whmcs-template” (folder) with the installation instruction “readme.txt”

On the other hand, you could use the WHMCS Bridge plugin to integrate the WHMCS into WordPress.

It looks like plugin confliction issue. As we can see there has added an extra class in the logo image called lazyload. Moreover, we saw there was no issue on the features page of your website.
