We have used a 3rd party script for the testimonial slider and the script works on that way. It always gets the height from the large texts.

We have seen that you have some reviews in your testimonials page and have some similar length texts. Please use those in the slider to fix the issue.

– About the header issue, it’s can be a confliction of 3rd party plugin. In this issue, deactivate 3rd party plugins except the theme recommended plugin.

– About the testimonial slider, it’s all about the text length issue. Please use similar length text to fix the issue.

It can be your server PHP version issue.

In this issue, you could follow the steps below.

1. Please make sure you have the latest version of WordPress and update your hosting server PHP version to minimum 7 or newer. ***recommended***
2. Clean your full database “OR” reinstall a new WordPress with a new database
3. Then install the theme (follow the steps from the provided documentation)
4. Then install all of the required plugins (follow the steps from the provided documentation)
5. Then active all of the installed plugins (follow the steps from the provided documentation)
6. Then import all of the demo data (wait until all of the demo data are imported completely)

About the menu, it all about the megamenu issue. If you have installed the megamenu plugin, then select the megamenu on the Appearance -> Menu http://prntscr.com/mkuftr

If you don’t need megamenu then please deactivate the megamenu plugin to fix the issue.

Hi John,

Thanks for your suggestion. We have listed this in our theme update list as a feature request.

However, it’s not possible to do that at this moment. Because it will break our existing clients’ websites when the theme will update. If we do that we have to change everything, the script for the menu, the markup, and CSS. So, it will definitely break existing clients’ websites.
