The about section may have an issue. That’s why it’s not imported from demo data. We have listed the issue in our theme update list to fix the issue in our next update of the theme.

As we have seen you were using Guttenberg to edit the pages. However, this theme still not support Guttenberg. In this issue, you need to use Classic Editor that we already installed on your WordPress.
Moreover, the about section may have an issue. You need to create the section from the Section Creators. After then you will get them in the sections tab of the page. We have followed the steps below and everything is working perfectly on your website. There has no issue with our theme. The issue was your customization issue or plugin confliction issue.
1. Clean your full database using wp reset plugin
2. Then installed the theme (to follow the steps from the provided documentation)
3. Then installed all of the required plugins (to follow the steps from the provided documentation)
4. Then activated all of the installed plugins (to follow the steps from the provided documentation)
5. Then imported all of the demo data (waited until all of the demo data are imported completely)
