Hi Monchai,

It was the megamenu issue. You have installed the megamenu plugin, but not selected the megamenu on the menu. That’s why it hides the menu.

Moreover, we have deactivated the megamenu plugin form your website to fix the issue as you are not using the megamenu.

We are really sorry to say that there has no pre-built option for static header based on the theme UI.

In this issue, you need to customize the theme code with your own or hire someone else to customize the theme based on your needs.

However, we are listing this in our theme update list as a feature request. We will try to add this in our future update of the theme.

About the 1st issue, we have listed this in our theme update list. We will fix the issue in our next update of the theme.

About the 2nd issue, did you remove & reinstall the bluishost-core plugin? If no, then please remove & reinstall the bluishost-core plugin to fix the issue. If yes, then provide your website URL to review the issue to fix.

It’s all about WPBakery page Builder issue. That’s why we recommended using back-end editor (Edit Page) instead of front-end editor (Edit with WPBakery page Builder). WPBakery page Builder can’t render every section content correctly. We have also checked some other themes by other author and got the same issue.

We are really sorry for the misunderstanding. The wpbakery team changed their product name. Once the WPBakery Page Builder name was Visual Composer. After then they changed the to WPBakery Page Builder (Formally Visual Composer). Now they remove the word Visual Composer from the name. You could check out their URL http://prntscr.com/m6h0zg it still shows the name Visual Composer.

Moreover, we will also update the name as they did.

First of all, this is not an issue that needs to be fixed. In mobile, there has no space to show “my account” & “free try it” buttons in the header and it looks like it destroys the header. That’s why we hide the buttons on the mobile.

However, you could use the below custom CSS to show the buttons in the mobile.

@media (max-width: 575.98px) {
    .main-header .d-none.d-sm-block {
        display: block !important;
    }
    .client-area.text-right {
        text-align: center !important;
    }
}

Moreover, if you have specific positioning requirements for the buttons then you need to hire someone else to customize the template based on your needs and requirements. It’s not covered our item FREE support.
