It’s not a theme issue.

On mobile devices, Google and Apple previously blocked videos from autoplaying, to protect consumers from unwanted cellular data usage and thereby closed the option to have it. In both iOS and Android this also included preloading video content.

No there will not miss anything. However, we recommended to backup your theme/style folder and files before applying these updates.

Also, you have to update the ecohosting-core plugin after the theme update to get the updates.

We are unable to understand the relation between owl account with chat setup. Please describe us with details.

Moreover, if you are not using tawk.to chat system that we have used in our template and using a new chat script instead of tawk.to then you need to hire someone else to customize the template for you based on your needs and requirements.
