    Thanks for your cooperation.

    If you are using WHMCS Bridge Plugin to integrate the WHMCS into the WordPress then you have to use the SIX template as the default template. This is because we have provided the customized WHMCS template to use separately only not to use with WHMCS Bridge Plugin.

    As our provided WHMCS template WHMCS version is 7.5.1 then please use the WHMCS version 7.5.1 or 7.5.2. This is because the WHMCS 7.6.0 is not a stable version of WHMCS. That’s why we are no providing support for the WHMCS 7.6.0.

    Based on the reference file link https://rootlayer.net/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.12.4 the file has in the wp-includes folder. So, it’s all about your server or WordPress issue. That’s why the issue directly referred you to contact your web hosting provider for assistance.

    This is because the theme and plugins were installed in the wp-content folder, not wp-includes folder.

    The featured image will only show in a post not a page. If you want to show an image in a page then you just need to insert the image in a section using the visual composer element.

    About post format, if you want more post format based on your needs then you need to customize the theme code in the proper way based on your needs and requirements.
