Hi Thomas,
1. We already told you that, in this issue you need to hire someone else to customize the theme based on your needs/requirements. Ref: https://www.themelooks.com/support/forums/topic/support-required/#post-2943
2. Based on the theme development process, the main menu item link will not work after using a sub/drop-down menu. This is because, when a visitor will tap on the main menu item with the responsive devices like mobile, tab, etc. then the sub/drop-down menu will open. If the main menu item link works on tap, then the visitor with responsive devices will not get any sub/drop-down menu pages. That’s why, the main menu item link will not work if you are using a sub/drop-down menu based on the theme development process.
Thanks for your understanding.

Hi Thomas,
1. About additional text/links: In this issue you need to hire someone else to customize the theme based on your needs/requirements.
2. That is the default number style of the font that you are using right now. You could change the font from BizWalls Options > General However, there has no default option to change the font of that specific area.
3. Please provide us your website URL to review the issue. This is because, based on the theme UI and our demo, the white space is normal.

Please Note: 404 page is a default page of WordPress. So, there is no option to deactivate the page form any theme.
However, you can try deleting the 404.php template in the theme folder. I’m not sure how WordPress will handle that though. It may just load the index/home instead if there is no 404 template.
I found this which may help, http://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/24587/
