    in reply to: How to Add Slider to the WHMCS Cloudserver Template #2491

    Now it’s clear about your issue.

    Please Note: There is two different templates, HTML template & WHMCS template. Mainly, our template is an HTML template and we have just provided WHMCS template for FREE of cost with our HTML template by customizing WHMCS default six template’s header, footer and color based on our HTML template.

    That’s why, the HTML template’s slider code will not work on WHMCS template. In this issue, you need to hire someone else who is an expert on customizing WHMCS template to integrate the HTML template’s slider on WHMCS template.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    in reply to: menus #2470

    We are really sorry to say that, it’s not possible to hide the main menu & page breadcrumb for a specific page like WHMCS Bridge page. It’s only possible if you want to hide both from your full website.

    Moreover, the main menu is to navigate your website and the WHMCS menu (that shows in the WHMCS Bridge page) is to navigate the client area & billing. If you hide the main menu, then how your customer will navigate back to your website from the WHMCS Bridge page, if they are looking another service.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    We have found out the issue. You have used an image logo in your WHMCS template instead of text logo. That’s why, the CSS style not working.

    In this issue, please use the custom CSS below to fix the issue.

    #clsvWhmcsPage #header a.logo {
        display: none;
    }

    In this issue, you just need to choose six as the template in WHMCS Bridge Settings to get the WHMCS as like the demo.

    in reply to: menus #2464

    Now it’s clear about the issue.

    If you are using WHMCS-bridge, then you must have to use WHMCS Template Six template. Moreover, we have provided virtusky (WHMCS) template to use only separately for external use, not for using with WHMCS-bridge.

    So, please use Six template to fix the issue.

    Thanks for your understanding.
