First of all, we have fixed the issue in our theme update Version 1.9 that updated on 08 November, 2018.
Moreover, every theme has some issues that need to fix later when user report about the issue. Even every top selling theme (like AVADA) has issues. That’s why they have support center to assist their customer and keeping update their theme.
If our theme was not working then Envato Quality Team has not approved our item. Also, you are not our very first customer, we have more 99 customers of the theme. Please check out how many customers asked for support in this theme support forum https://www.themelooks.com/support/forums/forum/hoskia/wordpress-theme/ Then how can you talk like this we are being dishonest and it’s not a working product?
If you think you have wasted your money and the theme is not working well for you then just open a refund request to get a refund.
