The issue is that setting does not change how much time is needed to prepare the food. For example, right now it is 1:51pm in my time zone. I have Foodbook set to 30 minute Delivery Time Slot. When I go to the checkout, I can choose 1:00pm, 1:30pm, 2:00pm, etc. Those times have already passed. (Yes, the time zone is correct.) Customers are ordering food in the parking lot, and coming in 2 minutes later and asking for their food. They should not be able to select a time slot that is in the past or the present time. Does that make sense?

My question is related to this question.

Right now, customers can choose a time slot to pick up their order now, but we are telling them that they must allow 30 minutes for their order to be ready. How do I display only time slots 30 minutes to 1 hour from the time of the order?

I am looking at the time zone issue on my client site, and it could be the problem here. When I set both the WordPress settings and the Foodbook settings to the same time zone, there is a five hour discrepancy. The orders come through right away, but they indicate that they were placed 5 hours ago. It seems like the two settings conflict with each other. Have you seen this before?

I am using the official WooCommerce Moneris Payment Gateway.

Thank you for sending an update which includes this fix. It has now created a new problem. When I update the plugin to your most recent update, the credit card payment gateway disappears. Customers cannot complete an order without it. Once I downgrade to the previous version of the plugin, the gateway re-appears, but then I’m back to having the issue with failed orders going through to the kitchen. Is it something that can be fixed?

I don’t understand. With Woocommerce, failed orders show as failed orders. With the Foodbook plugin, there is no indication of a failure to pay. The kitchen then assumes that all orders that come through have been paid for because there is nothing telling them otherwise. If I turn off the toggle that you show in your screenshot, none of the orders go through to he kitchen. It doesn’t make sense. Can you add either a column in the dashboard that shows “Failed” if the payment failed? Or could you add code to restrict orders that have failed from going through to the kitchen?

Thank you. i should mention that i had already set the plugin to “Pick up only” before posting here, and it still shows delivery options. I will look forward to your next update.

I see that now, but I still get issues. I see someone else on this forum had the same issue, and provided a workaround that worked for me. They said to create the features as checkbox first, then switch them to radio. Hopefully this sporadic issue will be resolved in the next update. Thanks.
