Yes, you need to deactivate each one individually.

Moreover, as it’s an unguessable issue, you could install the Classic Editor plugin and select the footer from Bluishost Options -> Footer https://prnt.sc/r5zk7o and Hide the footer from Custom Page Settings https://prnt.sc/r5zkrg from the below on each page. It can be solved your issue.
