In this case, you need to use both WordPress Theme and WHMCS templates separately. WordPress Theme to show/represent your products/services and WHMCS template for billing like as our live demo.

We have seen that you have not installed the WooCommerce plugin on your website. That’s why the cart icon was not showing. Because without WooCommerce the cart icon will not works. It’s totally defendant with WooCommerce cart. If you want to show the cart icon then please install the WooCommerce plugin.
