Hi Angie,

It all about the megamenu issue. If you have installed the megamenu plugin, but not selected the megamenu on the Appearance -> Menu http://prntscr.com/mkuftr It hides the mobile menu.

Please deactivate the megamenu plugin to fix the issue if you are not using the megamenu.

Hi Dennis,

As we have seen you were using KingComposer and Guttenberg to edit the pages. However, our theme still not support Guttenberg. In this issue, you need to use Classic Editor that we already installed on your WordPress.

Moreover, you need to create the sections from the Section Creators. After then you will get them in the sections tab of the page. Below every page, there have an option for Custom Page Settings http://prntscr.com/mkdh3f you need to select from there that you want to use Global Settings that comes from Bizdrone Options > Header > Header logo OR you can customize the options to use Custom Settings for the specific page.

2. Header & Footer design – In this issue, you could use the WHMCS Bridge plugin (watch this video tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WihLpSkLQdA&list=PLbmIKrgYlRbofaaLEvJJMEQE0aqJjdVFQ&index=3&t=0s to setup WHMCS Bridge page) OR use the provided custom WHMCS template that we are providing with the theme. WHMCS Template included in “whmcs-template” (folder) with installation instruction “readme.txt”

3. Domain TLDS removal – There has no pre-built option to remove the Domain TLDs.

4. Domain search redirection to WHMCS search box – Update your WHMCS domain search URL here http://prntscr.com/mkda5h to redirection to WHMCS search box.

5. Creation of Multiple Useful link in WordPress – It comes from menu http://prntscr.com/mkdb5x In this issue, you need to create a custom menu to select in the footer widget.

About the footer design issue, you need to Enable the Footer Widget of the title from the Bluishost Options. Please check out the screenshot as a reference http://prntscr.com/mjvk43 Based on ThemeForest new requirement they don’t allow the footer widgets Enabled by default.

Hi Ben,

It’s not an issue, it’s a feature of the theme.

In the mobile/responsive menu on the responsive devices, the dropdown menu works/open when you will tap on the parent menu. If the parent menu has a link then the dropdown menu will not work/open. Because it will redirect you to the linked page. That’s why we did this as a feature.

However, if you think it does not work for you then you could ask for a refund.
