There also has some specific CSS for responsive devices/breakpoints. You will get all of the CSS for responsive devices in the responsive.css file.
Please find .server-location in the responsive.css file then you will get all of the code one by one.
So, you need to edit/write CSS for your created dots to get in the correct place in the responsive devices.

It can be a conflict for the double load of the JS. As we can see you have used our HTML template’s homepage as WHMCS homepage and called all of the CSS and JS in the page like as HTML template.
