Please download the updated version of this item from the Envato Market (themeforest) and use the updated version of the WHMCS template.

We found out the issue. You are using the provide custom WHMCS template as the default template of the WHMCS, that’s why it’s conflict with WHMCS Bridge.
In this issue, please make the six template as the default template in WHMCS to fix the issue. We already mentioned it in our documentation http://prntscr.com/l9rqbm

The theme is based on FontAwesome 4. That’s why it will not support FontAwesome 5 icons. In this issue, we recommend using FontAwesome 4 icons.
