However, please follow the steps below to remove the page header from the WHMCS Bridge page.
1. Recheck the Page Header Settings checkbox from the Screen Options. Please check out the screenshot as reference http://prntscr.com/jm0mga (We found there has an issue, that’s why it needs to recheck. We have listed the issue in our theme update list and we will fix the issue ASAP in our next update of the theme)

Moreover, there has no relation with WHMCS with the shopping cart icon. It’s only related to WooCommerce cart. In this issue, you could hide the shopping cart icon from Hoskia Options.
Furthermore, here WHMCS is a 3rd party system that integrated with WordPress using the WHMCS Bridge Plugin (a 3rd party plugin). So, it’s not possible that the shopping cart to show the number of things from the WHMCS shopping cart, also there has no option in WHMCS Bridge Plugin.

Please follow the steps below.
1. Please make sure you have the latest version of WordPress and update your server PHP version to minimum 5.6.25 or newer.
2. Clean your full database “OR” reinstall a new WordPress with a new database
3. Then install the theme (follow the steps from the provided documentation)
4. Then install all of the required plugins (follow the steps from the provided documentation)
5. Then active all of the installed plugins (follow the steps from the provided documentation)
6. Then import all of the demo data (wait until all of the demo data are imported completely)

First of all, you didn’t mention that you need custom CSS. Moreover, you have mentioned, “Not just front page, sitewide, please?” That’s why we thought you are looking secondary color changing option.
However, we already added the secondary color changing option in the theme and will update the theme shortly in the themeforest.

We only provided support googlemaps and googlefonts with our theme. If you don’t want to use those, then you could hire someone else to remove those and customize the theme based on your needs and requirements.
