About the page header, we use two type of options for page header.
1. Global settings from CoSolu Options
2. Page header settings from specific page

If a page has specific header settings from the page, then the Global settings will not work for the page. In this issue, you need to select & use Global settings from the Page header settings for that specific page.

Please let us know your WordPress version & hosting server PHP version.

We recommended to use the latest version of WordPress with our theme. Also, if your hosting server PHP version is less than 5.6.25, then update your hosting server PHP version to minimum 5.6.25 or newer to avoid this type of issues.

However, every theme has own UI and we have created custom theme options (CoSolu Options) and our theme only support those options that has in the theme options (CoSolu Options) based on the theme UI.

Moreover, Customize option is a default option of WordPress and there can be more options, but we didn’t provide support those options based on the theme UI.

In this issue, we will suggest you to use CoSolu Options.

We are really sorry to say that, there has no Phone Number information field/space available in the header based on the theme UI. Please check out our theme live demo as reference. Actually, it was mistakenly available in the Back-End (CoSolu Options) and we are sorry about that.

However, you could use Phone Number information in the Email field and it will work.

Moreover, we have listed the issue in our theme update list. We will remove the field from the Back-End (CoSolu Options) in the next update of the theme.

This is just a simple form plugin with some limited options.

Moreover, we have double checked everything and we did not find any logo issue.

About the Error 2:
We have listed this in our plugin update list. We will fix the issue and update the plugin ASAP in our next update of the plugin.

As we said, this is just a simple form plugin with some limited options. However, we will try to add options to rename the fields in our next update of the plugin and unable to add options to add more fields based on the development process of the plugin.
