Please follow the steps below.
1. Clean your full database “OR” reinstall a new WordPress with a new database
2. then install the theme
3. then install all of the required plugins
4. then active all of the installed plugins
5. then import all of the demo data (wait until all of the demo data are imported completely)

If the code works directly without providing support to compatible with a phpbb style, then it can be the phpbb cache issue. In this issue, you need to remove the phpbb cache to check the changes. Please review the provided documentation about how to remove phpbb cache?
If the code doesn’t work directly without providing support to compatible with a phpbb style, then the code will not work with ForumUS. This is because, ForumUS is not supporting the “adblock detection html code” by default. In this issue, you need to hire someone else to integrate the “adblock detection html code” to get support & make compatible with ForumUS.

In this issue, you could to hire someone else to customize the WHMCS template to compatible with WHMCS Bridge Or you could use the WHMCS Template separately and change the menu & menu URL from header.tpl file based on your WordPress menu.
Please Note: we have provided the WHMCS template for separate use only. That’s why, it’s not compatible with WHMCS Bridge.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
First of all, we have used the WHMCS Template separately in the demo and changed the header, footer, menu & menu URL based on the WordPress Theme. Also, we have provided the custom WHMCS Template in the “WHMCS” folder with the main_files.
If you are using the WHMCS Bridge free version, then you will only able to use default six template. So, you will not get the custom styles. This is because, you will not able to use our provided custom WHMCS template with the WHMCS Bridge free version.
If you are using the WHMCS Bridge Pro version, then you will able to use our custom template that we have provided in the “WHMCS” folder with the main_files.
Or you could use our provided WHMCS Template separately and change the header, footer, menu & menu URL based on the WordPress Theme like the demo.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
However, it’s normal that the slider images and other parallax images will not show fully in small devices like as a large device with the full background image. This is because, all of the images are background images. When you are browsing your website with a small device, then your website section’s content will show responsively below each other and the section background image will be large based the content. It’s called responsiveness.
If the section shows in the small device fully like as a large device with the full background image, then the section content will show too small (not readable) and no one able to read the text.
Moreover, it’s not acceptable nowadays.
