As it’s a stand-out plugin, it does not support any 3rd party plugin by default.

Moreover, it’s not possible to tell which part of the code can conflict. You need to find out it on your own OR you can take our customization service as it does not cover item support.

For your kind information, a purchase code/license is for only using one active domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory. To activate the theme on a new domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory, you need to deactivate the purchase code/license from the existing domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory where it is installed now or you could buy another license to use the theme separately in a separate domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory.

Also, the license does not support multisite or something similar.

1. Your product has no image. Hence, the animation does not work. The animation totally depends on the image. If you check out the demo again you will understand it better.
