It can be your hosting server or your web browser cache issue. In this issue, you need to remove/clear your hosting server & web browser cache. After then, you need to reload the web page with Ctrl+F5 to check the changes.

By the way, there have some sections in the template with specific font-size that are not related to GENERAL STYLES. In that case, you need to change those specific section’s font-size.

Please check out the [TABLE OF CONTENTS] to find out the specific section’s styles in the style.css file to change the font-size.

    Hi Ali,

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

However, we are unable to help you in this issue. This is because, our WHMCS template compatible with WHMCS version 7.1, but you are using WHMCS version 7.2.

In this issue, you need to hire someone else WHMCS expert to customize the WHMCS template to make compatible with WHMCS version 7.2. Otherwise, you need to use WHMCS version 7.1.

    Hi Diego,

Please provide us your website & WHMCS URL to review the issue to fix.

    Hi Ken,

There are two reasons that can be raised the issue, your hosting server PHP version issue & your WordPress version issue.

If your hosting server PHP version less than 5.6, then you need to update your hosting server PHP version to minimum 5.6.x. In this issue, you need to contact with your hosting provider.

If your WordPress version less than 4.0, then please update your WordPress version to fix the issue.
