Please follow the steps below to install the theme properly in the proper way.

1. Please make sure you have the latest version of WordPress and update your hosting server PHP version to a minimum of 7.4 or newer. ***recommended***
2. Reinstall a new WordPress with a new database or install and use the “wp reset” plugin to reset your WordPress database
3. Then install the theme
4. Then install all of the required plugins
5. Then active all of the installed plugins
6. Most important, setting up the “VOIP Pricing Calculator” and “VPNSF” plugins.
7. Activate your purchase key/license
8. Then import all of the demo data (wait until all of the demo data are imported completely)

We have reset your license. Now you will be able to reuse it.

For the future, there is an option to activate the plugin on a new domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory, you need to deactivate the purchase code/license from the existing domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory where it is installed now.
