From the WHMCS version 8x, the WHMCS bridge does not work. Moreover, you need to edit the WHMCS header and footer file to match & link-up to your website.

You will get all of the WHMCS header content including the menu in the header.tpl file and all of the WHMCS footer content in the footer.tpl file.
