There’s maybe something happened.

Please follow the steps below to fix the issue.

1. Please make sure you have the latest version of WordPress and update your hosting server PHP version to a minimum of 7.3 or newer. ***recommended***
2. Reinstall a new WordPress with a new database or install and use wp reset plugin to reset your WordPress database
3. Then install the theme (follow the steps from here https://www.themelooks.org/documentation/voiphone/) Download the updated theme from ThemeForest.
4. Then install all of the required plugins (follow the steps from here https://www.themelooks.org/documentation/voiphone/)
5. Then active all of the installed plugins (follow the steps from here https://www.themelooks.org/documentation/voiphone/)
6. Setting up the VOIP Pricing Calculator and VPNSF plugins.
7. Activate your purchase key/license
8. Then import all of the demo data (wait until all of the demo data are imported completely)
