Hi Jimmy,
Your screenshot clearly shows you didn’t install the theme required ideabuz-core plugin. That’s why nothing is working on your side. Please install and activate the ideabuz-core plugin. Without the ideabuz-core plugin nothing will work in the theme.

Your site could not complete a loopback request – Performance issue
This error can highlight a problem with scheduled tasks on your site. WordPress scheduled tasks are automatically run at set time intervals. You might find that scheduled posts don’t post, or backups don’t take place when expected.
Loopback requests are requests from your web server back to itself. These trigger the WP-Cron task scheduling system which automates the tasks.
Some hosts (notably Heart Internet) block loopback requests by default.
Troubleshooting this error can be tricky. You may need your host’s help.
I found for a site that I run with this error that setting the ALTERNATE_WP_CRON constant to true allowed my scheduled tasks to run.
However, it did not stop Site Health showing the error. I’m still investigating why, but I’m not worrying about it too much.

Hi Bas,
We didn’t find any 500 error on your website. Also, your phpinfo page link not working.
Moreover, you need to extract the WhatsIPs.zip file in the public_html and move the files from the WhatsIPs folder to public_html before starting installation if you want to install the script in the root of your domain. After then follow the installation steps carefully from the provided documentation.

Hi Alex,
Please let us know your WordPress version, the bluishost theme version that you are using.

Please check out the server requirements below.
– You have to use PHP version 7(minimum)
– You should have proper writable permission
– CURL should be enabled in your server
Please Note: Your main server meets all of the requirements, that not mean your shared hosting also meets all of the server requirements and has all of the permission that needs to have to install the script. All shared hosting has so many limitations of permission to use a sever.
So, please try to install the script in another server that not a shared hosting with limited permission server where the server meets all of the server requirements to install the script.
Moreover, Our script has no issue. Please check out some of our client’s live website blow as a reference. They have installed and using our script on their domain.

Hi Bas,
We are sorry to say that there is nothing in our hands to assist if your server does not have the permission to access the /public_html directory. Because it’s all about your server issue, not our script issue. In this issue, please contact your server administrator.
