    Hi Roberto,

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Mainly, our template is an HTML template and we have just provided WHMCS template for FREE of cost with our HTML template by customizing WHMCS default six template’s header, footer and color based on our HTML template.

    In this case, you need to use both HTML and WHMCS templates separately. HTML template to show/represent your products/services and WHMCS template for billing like as our demo.

    Moreover, you need to link up all of your products/services (buy now link) to your WHMCS.

    First of all, we have not found any image issue on the pages that you have listed. Please remove your browser and server cache and recheck the image issue.

    2nd, please use below CSS to the css/custom.css file to fix the sentences color issue of email-services page.

    Please follow the steps below to make the main menu fixed instead of the WHMCS menu.

    1. Login your cpanel
    2. Go to templates > EcoHostingWP > js folder
    3. edit main.js

    Hi There,

    We are really sorry to say that, there was a problem with responsive/mobile menu. When someone clicks on the drop down the top main one, then the drop down menu does not open in the mobile/small devices.

    That’s why, we have removed the option to give link to the drop down the top main one on our last update.

    Hi Julius,

    First of all, the VPS slider will not show until you upload the template in an online hosting server. This is because, it’s loading via a server side script.

    If you want to review the template in a local PC (offline), then you need to use a local server like Wamp or xampp.

    Hi Michael,

    You need to install/upload the HTML template in public_html and need to install/upload the WHMCS template in the to your WHMCS Folder (where you have installed your WHMCS system) /templates folder.

    Please follow the steps from the documentation (that we have provided with the main_files) to install the HTML template and follow the steps from the readme.txt to install the WHMCS template.
