Moreover, we have updated the theme and plugins to check the issue and we have seen that it’s changed the design. After then we realize we have no header and footer style in our theme that shows in your screenshot. That means you have edited the theme code to customize the header. Hence, it’s normal that when you update the theme and core plugin the design will be lost if you edit the theme or plugin code. In this case, you need to keep a backup of the edited file and replace the file update the update.
If you have no backup of those files then please contact your server provider to restore.
After you restore your old files, please provide your website access using our Envato Market (themeforest) profile contact form https://themeforest.net/user/themelooks#contact (screenshot as reference http://prntscr.com/gkmr2r ) including this support topic link as a reference to review the issue to fix.
Furthermore, please let us know which files are you edited?
