    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    However, it’s not possible to do not load the image background on iPhone X, because there has nothing coded for specific devices that cause to do not load the image background on iPhone X.

    Moreover, if you are using weighty images then it can be loaded slowly for the images.

    In those issues, you could check out our theme’s live demo on iPhone X as the reference.

    Hi David,

    We are really sorry to say that there has no option to edit the header and the slider using HP Bakery plugin. Because the header controlling form theme option (VirtuSky Options) and the slider is a custom made slider. So it’s not possible to edit those using HP Bakery plugin.

    All of the [WARNING] shows because you have imported the demo content without installing the WooCommerce plugin.

    If you don’t want to use the WooCommerce plugin then ignore the [WARNING]. Those will not raise any problem.

    However, the best practice is to follow the steps carefully that we have provided in the previous reply. After importing all of the demo data deactivate the WooCommerce plugin if you don’t want to use.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Please follow the steps below.

    1. Please make sure you have the latest version of WordPress and update your server PHP version to minimum 5.6.25 or newer.
    2. Clean your full database “OR” reinstall a new WordPress with a new database
    3. Then install the theme (follow the steps from the provided documentation)
    4. Then install all of the required plugins (follow the steps from the provided documentation)
    5. Then active all of the installed plugins (follow the steps from the provided documentation)
    6. Then import all of the demo data (wait until all of the demo data are imported completely)

    If you are using the latest version of the theme and still getting the issue then, please disable 3rd party plugins, because most issues are caused by a plugin conflict.

    Moreover, as we have said before we have fixed the issue in our previous update of the theme. Also, we have double checked our theme and there has no issue with our theme.

    So, please disable 3rd party plugins to get rid of the issue.

    For your first issue, please update the theme if you are using an old version of the theme. This is because we have fixed the issue in the previous update of the theme.

    For your WHMCS issue, you have to install our provided WHMCS template that has included the theme files. After then select the template as the default template from the WHMCS admin panel.

    1. Go to Appearance -> Themes
    2. Active another theme & delete the bizwalls theme
    3. Click Add New -> Upload Theme
    4. Upload, install & activate the latest version of bizwalls theme

    It looks like somehow the pricing table category unselected. In this issue, please select the pricing category from the specific page like as Homepage. Check out the screenshot as a reference http://prntscr.com/jqmt7t

    Moreover, if you are talking about when you are logged in into the WordPress admin panel then it’s not shown you are logged in into the WHMCS. If yes, then it’s normal because WordPress and WHMCS are two different systems and There has no relation between WordPress and WHMCS login system.
