    Based on your provided screenshot it’s conflicted with 3rd party plugins that you have used. In this issue, please disable 3rd party plugins to get rid of the issue.

    Please follow the steps below to import again the demo data properly.

    1. Clean your full database “OR” reinstall a new WordPress with a new database
    2. Then install the theme
    3. Then install all of the required plugins
    4. Then active all of the installed plugins
    5. Then import all of the demo data (wait until all of the demo data are imported completely)

    Mainly, we have provided updates for all of our Hosting item’s WHMCS templates at the same time. That’s why, we have copied-pasted the changelog. We are really sorry for the mistake.

    If it’s less than 5.6.25, then follow the steps below.

    1. Please make sure you have updated your server PHP version to minimum 5.6.25 or newer.

    Mainly, in WHMCS v7.5.0 has some issues like this. That’s why, WHMCS team updated WHMCS v7.5.1 very quickly to fix those issues. We also have updated our WHMCS template to make compatible with WHMCS v7.5.1.
