    Can I ask you another question please?

    We’ve added a custom order status using the plugin ‘WooCommerce Order Status Manager’.
    But the status button is missing in the vendors dashboard (Dokan).
    The field is empty.

    Hi ThemeLooks,

    The issue we have with the included product archive of Karton is that there is no pagination available.
    The issue we have with the default product archive is that the styling doesn’t respond to our settings at all (because of Karton).

    So we’re looking for a solution to either one of these two.

    Dear ThemeLooks,

    Thank you for your reply. We indeed cannot customize the product grid offered by Karton to our liking.
    However, the product archive element is not responding at all to the changes applied to it as a result of the Karton theme.

    Therefor we need to have one of the two, a better fit to the karton product grid, or a fix on the product archive.

    Sorry for that! I was working on the website and had to do a rollback to a backup of the day before I created your credentials. 🙂

    Dear ThemeLooks,

    I don’t think regenerating the thumbnails will help resolve the issue since the thumbnails are available and are just not picked up by the elements used to show them.

    Perhaps this will help:
    We are displaying the products via the Elementor Karton-element “Product grid” (so an element made available via your theme).
    However, using this element, we are not able to show the product images in the expected cropped style.
