Dear Michael,

There was nothing changed in the theme. That’s why we didn’t update the theme version. The code changed in CVIT Core plugin. Hence, you need to update the CVIT Core plugin to see the change.

Please follow the steps below.
1. Update the theme.
2. Deactivate and delete the CVIT Core plugin.
3. Install and activate the CVIT Core plugin again from Appearance -> Install Plugins.

We have double-checked your website too by creating a test branch, branch manager (user), and an order but we didn’t find any issue that you have mentioned. We have seen that the order went on time to the selected (test) branch. You could check out the order #697
