If you need a section rather than the pre-built sections then you need to have customization based on your needs and requirements that can be needed HTML and CSS, also can be needed PHP.

You could think about the Ninja Popup plugin, they didn’t provide any URL or something else, they only provide shortcode. It’s their development process. If you need anything else rather than their process then you need to have customization and it’s a general logic. We believe you will agree with this.

The Call To Action Button has the option to add a URL and a button works universally exact the same way. If Ninja Popup plugin does not provide a URL to add a button then you need to ask their support to get help on the issue as this is not a theme issue.

This update is not for those customers who already installed the theme and CMB2 plugin, this update is for those who still not installed the theme and CMB2 plugin. We update the installation link for the CMB2 plugin. Because CMB2 plugin is no more available on wordpress.org

The Text Domain of a theme and core plugin should be the same as it’s the standardness. Also, it’s a required requirement of Themeforest that the Text Domain will have to be the same.
