    As we can see you are using an old version (v1.2) of the theme. However, the theme’s running latest version is v1.9

    In this issue, please download and use the updated version of the theme. After then check out the issue and confirm us.

    You need to remove and reinstall the singara Theme, singara-core & Visual Composer Plugin to get the update.

    As we can see you have customized the theme based on your needs. So, it’s can be an issue for something wrong of your customization Or it’s a conflict with a 3rd party plugin that you are using except our required & recommended plugins.

    In this issue, please disable 3rd party plugins, because most issues are caused by a plugin conflict.

    As this is just an HTML template, in this issue you need to use the same size images to fix the issue. Because HTML has no image cropping system like WordPress.

If you are not getting the email from Envato Market about the theme update then please contact Envato Market support and ask them why you are not getting the email about the theme update?

    Moreover, please provide us some screenshot of the issues of our theme that Visual Composer not working via frontend.

    Also, name some theme that you found those have not any issues with Visual Composer frontend editor and working fine. We are also want to review those to improve our item.

    First of all, we have fixed the issue in our theme update Version 1.9 that updated on 08 November, 2018.

    Moreover, every theme has some issues that need to fix later when user report about the issue. Even every top selling theme (like AVADA) has issues. That’s why they have support center to assist their customer and keeping update their theme.

    If our theme was not working then Envato Quality Team has not approved our item. Also, you are not our very first customer, we have more 99 customers of the theme. Please check out how many customers asked for support in this theme support forum https://www.themelooks.com/support/forums/forum/hoskia/wordpress-theme/ Then how can you talk like this we are being dishonest and it’s not a working product?

    If you think you have wasted your money and the theme is not working well for you then just open a refund request to get a refund.

    When a customer contact for the support we assist them shortly. If our theme has an issue we try to fix the issue ASAP.

    Have we told we are unable to assist you? Then why you are trying to blackmail us to provide bad reviews where we still stand to assist you? Is it a formal way to ask for support?

    In this issue please follow the steps to install WHMCS Template.

    1. Install the WHMCS (system) on your server

    2. Upload just the Singara folder (that we have provided with the theme) to your WHMCS -> templates (folder)

    3. Activate Singara Template from WHMCS Admin Panel Setup
